If you've been to this vegan restaurant, the juice bar may ring a bell - 100 percent organic, vegan, and kosher, Blossom sells a line of fresh pressed juice and nut blends called TRu Life Juice. You can do a one to five day cleanse or just go in for your juice fix. The food menu is great, anything you can ask for as a vegan but can't really have is available here.
