Stacy's Bootcamp
What: This high-intensity cardio workout will whip you into shape. A combination of lunges, push ups, sprints and more body exercises. You will use your own body weight to push yourself to the limit and burn calories while shaping and toning your body. After a few weeks of boot camp here, you will get a stronger and leaner body. Don't forget to bring a gallon of water, which you'll use as a weight during the class!
