It's not like any fitness class you've ever been to
Tone House is a workout that consists of high intensity drills that are inspired by workout regimens of professional athletes. The warm-up alone is enough to wear you out, as it consists of sprinting, burpees, and pushups. It is then succeeded by drills involving props such as resistance cord vests and weighted harnesses. So think your varsity field hockey practices you had after school, only with workout equipment that's foreign to you and like, 20 times harder.
