People love Bari! What do you think it is about the workout that people love so much?

Working out sucks. Bari is fun.

I think it’s a refreshing approach to something that can be so chore-like — what a novel concept that you can actually look forward to your workout! We also don’t take ourselves too seriously, which I think sets a chill and welcoming vibe. And, most importantly, it works. You’re dancing, bouncing and moving in ways that feel good while also pressing mute on your day-to-day worries. It’s an endorphin boost for sure — and, you know, you get a bangin’ bod as a side effect.
