Opt for dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate, or a paleo cupcake instead of one packed with butter and sugar. We love a simple piece of dark chocolate and some strawberries, or if you're trying to embrace your inner chef, try making paleo almond butter cups. Simply pulse almond butter and flaked coconut in a food processor, pour into cupcake liners, top with 1 cup of dark chocolate chips melted in 1/4 cup of coconut oil, and freeze for 30 minutes.
