This little gadget tracks your daily activity and gives you stats to help you keep track of how active you're being during the day. It tracks how many steps you've taken- i.e. distance in miles you've covered, number of stairs you've climbed, and calories burned.
To start you set up a dashboard on the Fitbit website
, and you figure out how many pounds you'd like to lose and in what time frame. Then Fitbit gives you daily goals of how much activity you need to do and the amount of calories you can consume in order to successfully meet your goals. You can log all your food on the dashboard and track your fitness and weight loss easily.
