Podcast Your Problems Away

Turn your brain off for a bit and throw on a great podcast. In a bizarre way, it's actually kind of like meditating. You're paying attention, but not totally paying attention, but also not doing anything else, and then, just like that, an hour has passed and you can't really remember anything that happened during or before you started listening. Basically a modern day nirvana, no?
