Rhythmic Gymnastics

Just because all of America seems to forget about Rhythmic Gymnastics thanks to (ya know) regular gymnastics doesn't mean you can't incorporate it into your workout. For those out of the loop, Rhythmic Gymnastics combines complicated choreography, ballet, gymnastics and lots of fun little things like hoops and batons. Barre classes are a great first step and will do wonders for your core. Just ask Christy Turlington who works out at Physique 57. Those looking to step it up a notch should try aerial yoga.
