My goals
The holidays were a bit rougher than I expected. A few extra desserts and two too many drinks than anticipated. As someone who likes to stay in shape and be active, but at the same time indulge myself, I knew this January I was going to track my health in a 4 week overhaul. The big one will be no drinking, along with an upgraded fitness regimen, changing my diet, and restricting things each week until I become a symbol of health like Gwyneth Paltrow herself. While many people do a dry January, I'm sticking to a strict 4 week schedule from the 1st to the 28th. Hey, my birthday is on the 29th and I am having a drink, damn it.
