Platza Oak Leaf Treatment
A service provided by the
Russian and Turkish Baths, lie down in a Russian Room, and a specialist will beat you with a branch of an Oak tree that has been dunked in olive oil soap. Supposedly getting hit with a branch opens your pores and cleanses them of toxins. Clients say the treatment feels similar to acupuncture. So basically you're getting whipped with a soggy tree branch and it feels like hundreds of tiny needles. Could be fun if you're into that kind of thing.
