What are some ways you recommend incorporating CBD into your quarantine/everyday wellness routine?

CBD really helps you achieve homeostasis in the body, bringing it back into balance - for some that means sleep for some restlessness, for some inflammation, so depending on your own body you need to think about what's right for you. Right now, I think people are feeling a little anxious and that can manifest itself in a number of ways. I have a lot of friends who are struggling with sleep right now.
