Bar Method: A ballet-inspired full body workout for anyone who
dreams of having the long, lean body of a dancer.
Core Fusion at Exhale Spa: All the challenge of a boot camp in a way more pleasant environment (you wear just socks to class, which is held in a wall-to-wall carpeted dance studio with serious mood lighting).
Barry’s Bootcamp: This is the real kind of boot camp. During the hour-long class, no-nonsense instructors call for treadmill sprints and weight-lifting drills so challenging they defy logic. Luckily, Malin + Goetz products in the locker rooms help ease the pain.
