Intermittent Fasting

Don't worry, this method isn't nearly as scary as it sounds. Beloved by celebrities and #fitchicks, intermittent fasting can be approached in a number of ways, from eating during a smaller time window in the day (12 pm to 8 pm), fasting completely for 24 hours one or two days a week, or eating 500-600 calories on two nonconsecutive days during the week and then eating normally during the other five days. The easy part? You don't necessarily have to stick to certain foods when you are eating, though it's probably not the best idea to dedicate those calories to pizza and takeout every day.
