How It Works
Rather than cutting out carbs completely, this diet just requires just a few days of low carb eating per week, especially on days when you're not working out. It makes sense - carbs are a necessity when you need energy at spinning or in the gym, but on rest days they're just piling up. By eating less carbs on days when you're not burning, your body taps into fat storage for energy. So go ahead, eat the pizza - just make sure you're sweating later.
