The Flatiron location is a fave, boasting a very 'grammable boxing ring and juice bar in the front, and a blue-tinted studio in the back. Sure, it looks like a party, but you can't play hard 'til you work hard. The best part? Individual bags allow all the motivation that comes from a group setting, but you can go at your own pace. According to Kelli, one of the SBX instructors, "There’s no standard, no expectations and no judgement. It’s an individualized and personal experience in a group setting. Everyone finds themselves in that studio for a different reason and it’s incredibly motivating to be surrounded by people who are empowering themselves!"
