Breathing too loudly
One of the most important components of every workout is that you're breathing- no duh. If you're not breathing correctly in that class, you will not get a good training sesh. But breathing way too loudly is taking this advice way too far. There is nothing more agitating during a yoga class than someone who is breathing so loud that they are moaning. Like, we get it, yoga is an aphrodisiac or just a spiritual experience for some. But for the love of God, keep it to yourself!
