Pear & Bubbles
Screw the partridge in the pear tree. On the first day of Christmas I'll take a Pear & Bubbles cocktail please.
Here's what you'll need:
-8 bosc pears, pealed and chopped
-1 ½ tablespoons light brown sugar
-½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
-pinch ground cardamom
-½ lemon, juiced
-1 (750ml) bottle sparkling wine or Champagne, chilled
