Reindeer Mule
Ai Fiori’s head bartender, Pete Stanton, clearly knows how to get those reindeer flying...
Here's what you'll need:
-1 1/2 oz Remy Martin Tercet Cognac
- 1/4 oz St. Elizabeth’s Allspice Dram
- 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 3 oz Ginger Beer
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Build all ingredients (ginger beer last) in a copper mug and garnish with a lime wheel.
