Because you’re probably tired of thinking after this year, here’s a suggested menu (with recipes! and pairings!) that we’ve put together for you:

AMUSE: An epic cheese board (order from Instacart, a local dairy, or the iconic Murray’s Cheese Shop in New York City) - pair with something dry and sparkling, such as Mionetto Organic Brut Prosecco or an extra-brut grower Champagne, like this non-vintage Adrien Renoir 'Le Terroir' Grand Cru.

APPETIZER: Caramelized Shallot Tartlet (courtesy winemaker Joseph Wagner) - pair with Belle Glos Clark & Telephone Pinot Noir.

MAIN COURSE: Chef Rōze Traore’s Brown-Butter Sage Salmon with Gemelli Pasta (recipe here) - pair with the rest of your delicious Pinot.

DESSERT: Sicilian Almond Cookies (courtesy: The Thinking Traveller) - pair with Tedeschi Capitel Fontana Recioto della Valpolicella Classico (a Sicilian dessert wine) OR an Espresso Martini.
