La Margarita
2 OZ Volcan Tequila Blanco
1 OZ Lime Juice
¾ OZ Agave Syrup
Combine ingredients in shaker; shake and serve over ice with a salted rim if desired.
La Valoma
2 OZ Volcan Tequila Blanco
¾ OZ Lime Juice
¾ OZ Agave Syrup
1.5 OZ Grapefruit Juice
Pinch salt
Shake and serve over ice, top with soda water, grapefruit flavored sparking water or grapefruit soda.
Jalisco Mule
2 OZ Volcan Tequila Blanco
3 OZ Ginger Beer
.5 OZ Fresh Lime Juice
Fresh Ginger
Combine Volcan Tequila and fresh lime juice in a glass filled with crushed ice. Top with Ginger Beer and stir. Garnish with ginger and lime wedge.
