How did you connect with Kava and what made you want to bring Eureka to New York?
I moved here last August, so I've been here for a little over a year. I took the last six months off from doing pop-ups, so I was doing private things and traveling. When I finished, I got kind of bored of just not doing anything so I was looking for another adventure. My friend knows the owner, John, and one day we started talking and had different ideas about what the space could be and how to make it better and so it kind of happened naturally.
