Before, I was doing something equally as small but I didn't chat because I was the only person cooking and I had no time to talk to anyone. Now that I have a cook and people working I can talk to people. It's what people want nowadays. Like they're going to see the chef and we are cooking your entire meal right in front of you, so you're a part of the meal. There's nothing you don't see when you're there. There are downsides to that as well - there's nothing you don't see.
