What kind of events excite you the most? What has been the most enjoyable "experience" you've attended?

Liang: “My favorite types of events always happen to center around food. I love how much food can absorb all of your senses, and I have an admiration for restaurants that think through all the details and focus on all five senses, not just taste and smell. The music or even the feel of the dishware can all contribute to the overall experience. My most memorable experience recently was at Kokage in midtown. One of the things they do is cut out different sized pieces of paper depending on what sized cup or utensil is going on the table. I love high attention to details!”

Miraya: “The kind of events that excite me most are filled with surprise and like-minded people. I adore Diner en Blanc, the flashmob white dinner party. I’ve gone the past 4 years in New York and it’s a yearly tradition. You wear all white, pack a picnic and congregate with 5000 other New Yorkers to meet at a surprise meeting place and have a picnic. I get such a rush being around other people who have the dedication to pull something like that off.”
