Best dessert you've had in NYC? Anywhere in the world?
Liang: “Dessert in NYC is constantly changing and introducing new things! My current favorite is ice cream mochi from Mochidoki. They have the best texture of mochi and the ice cream flavors are inventive. My favorite dessert in the world is freshly made strawberry shortcake. I can eat like, 6 slices in one sitting.”
Miraya: “The peanut butter and jelly donut at Doughnut Plant. I love it so much, it’s on my tour of New York whenever friends visit. In London I went to a molecular mixology bar and had a flight of the most wondrous candy themed deconstructed cocktails - gin cotton candy, tequila gummies, the textures and shapes were all desserts but the flavors alcohol. Incredible!”
