When Glastonbury introduced an all-female tent, it was met with opposition. Why do you think there is so much resistance to these types of platforms?
It's kind of odd to me because this is the world that we as women face on a daily basis. I've spent my life walking into rooms that are male dominated from the start of my career. So it's sort of odd to me that when men are confronted with the same thing they sort of push back, but this is our daily reality. And so I think it's silly. What's happening in Europe was born out of some very serious issues, where there was rampant violence against women at festivals; it was about creating safe spaces for women, this is about our basic human survival. And so I think any pushback is unfair and misguided.
