DKNY has taken over the outfield. Beginning with The Yankee's home opener on April 13, DKNY proudly displayed their advertisement on the stadium's coveted outfield billboard.

DKNY is the first fashion brand to have permanent presence in the stadium. The brand also possesses title sponsorship of the stadium's dugout lounge.

Donna Karan hopes to grasp the attention of Yankee fans--bringing clothing into the scope of baseball.

CEO of Donna Karan International, Mark Weber, commented on the brand's goal:

"This unique sponsorship gives DKNY a direct way to reach the consumer and also provides enormous visibility among a loyal, passionate audience -- the millions of fans who visit Yankee Stadium each year and the many millions more who watch Yankees games on television."

On Friday, Donna chatted with Yankee players as she scoped out her newest billboard.

Donna wants to throw the first pitch at an upcoming Yankee game, which she is quite enthused about:

"I can't wait to come back and throw out the first pitch...I'll have to start practicing!"
