NYC is no longer drowning in pink for breast cancer awareness month. The Orange is the New Pink® Dance Party Fundraiser presented by GL Investments and hosted by Laurus Founder, Teresa Lawsky with Cayli Cavaco Reck and Reck’s closest friends was held at New York City hotspot 1 OAK in October.
A-list guests including Dr. David Colbert, Pam Murphy, Zorana Roganovic, and Jossyan Musumeci along with high profile hedge fund execs rallied in support of The Laurus Project®, known to insiders for taking breast cancer awareness to a whole new level.
The exclusive fundraiser featured free flowing champagne and expertly mixed cocktails with a DJ behind the turn-table pumping out a high-key playlist that kept guests grooving throughout the night.
The successful event allowed The Laurus Project® to continue funding existing breast cancer research and to open the doors to cutting-edge breast health initiatives. The Laurus Project® supports mission-aligned scientists, doctors and programs in their formative efforts as they search for new ways to save and empower individuals affected by breast cancer now.
