The Beach at the Dream Downtown
With the temperatures starting to amp up, I really needed to hit The Beach. The Beach at the Dream Downtown features a glass bottom pool with a 5,000 square foot pool deck, sand beach, lounge chairs, and a full-service bar.
With cabanas for rent and over 50 loungers, this is one of my favorite spots to cool down and grab a drink poolside in the city. Relax, detox, float, and order something from the indoor or outdoor café.
If you don’t want to pay for a $65 day pass to the pool, but you still want to pretend you are on that Caribbean cruise you took three years ago, then you can make a reservation at the restaurant at The Beach. While reservations don’t include pool access, you can at least drink a tropical cocktail paired with the smell of chlorine without having to wash it out of your hair later. Win-win.
