Mount Prospect Park
Hidden Gem
Settled between the Brooklyn Museum, the library and the botanic garden, Mount Prospect Park boasts the second highest point in Brooklyn. The site was once a lookout for the Continental Army in 1776 for its far views of the Manhattan skyline.
This is a good spot to get away from the city bustle and relax in the grassy parkland- a switch-up from the populated Central Park.
