Sushi veteran John Daley opened his first restaurant last month, New York Sushi Ko. New York Sushi Ko differs from the thousands of other sushi restaurants in that it seats just eleven people and is an omakase restaurant, meaning there is no menu. The chef simply creates his own menu. You can dine with 3, 5, or 7, courses that change nightly based on the season and the chef's interest.
