Ride on a horse, in a carriage or on a hay wagon at the Bronx Equestrian Center in Pelham Bay Park. Riders can enjoy miles of bridle paths and the 13-mile shoreline that runs along the Long Island Sound. Rates start at $40 for a half-hour private lesson and $65 for a one-hour private lesson. 10 half-hour lessons cost $350 and 10 one-hour lessons cost $600. Leave the Bronx Equestrian Center with knowledge regarding horsemanship.
