While it's obviously ideal for finance bros working in the area, FiDi boasts plenty of affordable spaces for anyone working in the city. You're right near the Oculus, the shopping center and transportation hub, and the adorable Fulton Street near the South Street Seaport, which houses bars, restaurants, stores, and one of our favorite movie theaters in the city, iPic. It's a little quiet at night, but happy hour on Stone Street is always a blast.
