Yes, it's Queens, but hear us out. Astoria has always been full of legit New York culture and it's only getting better. It's the Greek capital of NYC, so you know you're always steps away from the best souvlaki of your life. There are a ton of bars and beer gardens, the N and R trains, and, most importantly, affordable rent prices. There's even a stunning waterfront at Astoria Park, offering incredible views of the skyline.
