Dimes originally opened in 2013, bringing its brand of breezy California minimalism and veggie-forward fare to the Lower East Side. It's since expanded to include a deli and market, while the restaurant, which serves things like "Wheatgrass Margaritas," remains a favorite of off-duty models and visiting Europeans.
