Internally, how is this new scene different for performers in the comedy space?

Traditionally, comedy was aggressive. It was competitive. Nobody wanted other people to succeed. And I think the difference now is, with myself and a bunch of other young performers, we're all like, "Everybody is going to the top!" We're all going to take everybody to the top. Everyone that I have on the show that I book, I'm like, "I love them. And you're going to love them as an audience."
