I've been noticing more of these types of shows popping up around Brooklyn. Is there like a network here?
It is. It is starting to pop up more and more. There's a bunch of really dope performers that I have in mine, and they have me in theirs. We're all sort of building this community as it goes. You know, it's like everybody trying to pull each other into a big boat. But I think it's kind of this idea that, unfortunately, because of capitalism, everybody has to be a multi-hyphenate now. Everybody has to be like, I'm a singer, I'm an actor and comedian, I do stand up, sketches, whatever. But as artists, we want to be a bunch of things - I think we're all just taking all the things we love and trying to do them. It gives us a chance to show different facets. That's why you're seeing more variety now.
