As a proud Upper West Side resident, I’m 100% biased when I say it's the most magical neighborhood in the city. Maybe it’s the fact that my favorite movie You’ve Got Mail was filmed amongst the brown-stone-boasting, coffee-shop-cluttered streets, but there’s something about it that's just undeniably New York!
