Women are allowed to be topless in public
No really... we are! As long as it's not being used for business, women can bare it all (top up) whenever they'd like. In 1992, it was made law by the New York State Appeals court that women (just like men) have the right to be topless in public. This past summer a woman decided to exercise her rights and walk around the Bowery topless. The next International Go-Topless Day will be held on August 26, 2012. [Photo via]
