Last night, Cupcakes Take the Cake celebrated five years of cupcake blogging with an anniversary party at the Roger Smith Hotel. The birthday party offered an endless selection of the mini desserts, adorned with fun extras ranging from cherries and christmas decorations to candy pearls and flowers. Founding Editors Rachel Kramer Bussel and Nichelle Stephens welcomed friends and fans of the guilty pleasure site to both nibble in honor of the milestone and enjoy a raffle for cookbooks, cupcakes liners and more; plus the ever important bar cocktails. What's a sweet treat without something saucy with which to wash it down?
