Just a year after their extravagant Moroccan nuptials and glamorous Italian honeymoon, newlywed DJ duo Hannah Bronfman and Brendan Fallis are ready for a new place. Why should you care? Well, it means that their newly-renovated East Village hideaway is up for grabs! For a cool $2.65 mil, that is.

Back in 2013, when we hung out at the place with Brendan, the "townhouse within a penthouse" had more of a bachelor pad feel. Five years later, with the help of Hannah (we're sure) and the couple’s friend and architect Jeffrey White of EAU, the home has been given a stunning modern face lift. Though the spread is certainly a spacious triplex, it's hardly overwhelming, featuring just one bedroom and 1.5 baths. It's cozy but airy, especially since the renovation. White told StreetEasy that one of his favorite changes was replacing the small living room windows with 11-foot French doors, which open up to a Juliet balcony. "Most apartments in NYC do not have the ability to punch out larger windows," he explains, "so it definitely has a special place for me, and I took advantage by using windows that we custom designed."

Besides the high ceilings, sleek decor, and master bedroom that opens up to a totally secluded rooftop oasis, the expertly designed apartment boasts one feature we're especially obsessed with: a beyond-dreamy outdoor shower situation (which you've probably caught a glimpse of on Hannah's Insta stories).
