The Caledonia
Whenever someone with a nice watch tells me they live in Chelsea, I always ask, "The Caledonia?" Sure enough, I'm usually right. This mainstay on The High Line has been a favorite of affluent millennials for years. From the waterfall in the lobby and the gorgeous rooftop common area, to residents' exclusive access to the ground floor Equinox and, obvi, the units themselves, The Caledonia is a great pick. A bonus for dog-lovers? The building is pet-friendly, and even has an onsite Dog City which provides veterinary services.
