The popular East Village haunt is now offering brunch. Start your weekend with Momofuku's Bellini (cremant de loire, yuzu, white peach) and make your way to the raw bar (oysters, striped bass, sirloin tartare). Indulge in a multitude of small dishes like fuji apple kimchi, steamed buns, and sunflower hozon. For dessert (because obviously you should always have dessert after brunch), choose from the black pepper shortcake or Thai tea pie.
