Georgette Farkas will open her 90-seat rotisserie-themed restaurant Rotisserie Georgette this September on the Upper East Side. In addition to dishes such as slow-cooked, farm-raised chicken, the menu will include seasonal sides, such as celery-root pancakes and truffle baked potatoes. [NYT]
