La Pecora Bianca
With locations around the city, La Pecora Bianca is hard to miss. If you follow any food account, I wouldn’t be surprised if you’ve even scrolled past a photo of the signature rigatoni vodka or plate of whipped ricotta. Well, believe me when I say the food tastes even better than it looks. All the pastas are made daily in-house and can be served with burrata on top (an additional must, in my opinion). You might now be asking, "a pasta spot for brunch?" Um, yes! Their unique mid-morning offerings include Cacio e Pepe Eggs Benedict, Brioche French Toast, and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, in addition to their pasta favorites. I’ll cheers my Aperol spritz to that!
