Vandal is a two-level space that includes a bar, lounge area, restaurant, garden dining area and private dining rooms. Chef Chris Santos' palate is inspired by his personal travels around the world. He serves his signature style of multi-ethnic dishes that are perfect for eating, sharing and Instagramming! The place is illuminated by graffiti artworks on the walls (hence the name), which makes the background of your GIF more abstract.
