Old Rose
When Old Rose moved into the old Cafe Gitane space at The Jane Hotel, they had quite the big avocado toast shoes to fill. And to be totally honest, they've filled them - and then some. Their Smashed Avocado on Homemade Sourdough, complete with a schmear of aioli, lemon, herbs and chili flakes, is well worth the trek west. (For real, The Jane Hotel is so far west it's basically in New Jersey. We can say this because we work here.)
