Chef Jonathan Benno, previously of Per Se, opened his eponymous dining concept in late 2018 at the Evelyn Hotel, and it immediately earned praise from some of the toughest eaters in town. Now, it has one Michelin star to brag about as well. Benno, which features a menu of sophisticated French and modern Italian fare, serves up meticulously thought-out and plated dishes that keep the spirit of fine dining alive.
