As every weekend warrior knows, brunch is a meal that's hard to mess up. Like, even the worst eggs benedict tastes amazing when you throw in a mimosa and you're still slightly buzzed from the night before.
But for those occasions when a plain ol' plate of eggs won't cut it? Well, you can't go wrong with caviar.
New Yorkers now have a real reason to don their Sunday best thanks to Caviar Russe. The Michelin-starred eatery and premier purveyor of everyone's favorite fancy fish pearls is debuting a most luxurious new brunch service starting this Sunday and, as one would imagine, the menu elevates brunch classics with an all-caviar-everything twist.
Served in The Bar at Caviar Russe, the Madison Avenue outpost's very swanky new raw bar and cocktail lounge, the special prix-fixe brunch service features three courses and a cocktail for just $85 per person. Truly a steal when you consider the offerings of a caviar-topped baguette, caviar omelet, caviar Dutch pancakes, and a smoked salmon croissant with, you guessed it, more caviar.
Could you even think of a more worthwhile reason to get out of bed on a Sunday?
