Can you believe that beloved Soho bistro Balthazar has been lights-out closed since Sunday, March 22nd?!?! Without the fashionable watering hole, the downtown scene has been in a veritable drought!
Finally, far too many months later for our liking, it seems that the plan to re-open is underway. Restauranteur Keith McNally just shared the following hopeful posts on Instagram:
