Bottomless Brunches Are Actually Illegal: 10 NYC Spots To Try Before The Law Is Enforced

    By now, you've probably heard the devastating news that bottomless brunches are, and always have been, illegal in NYC. Monday's press release from the New York City Hospitality Alliance stated that "these type of promotions are UNLAWFUL according to the NYS Liquor Authority (SLA)." While the law prohibits unlimited drink specials, it does allow 2-for-1 and half price specials, so at least we're not in danger of completely loosing our beloved boozy weekend brunches. As most New Yorkers know, bottomless mimosas and bloodys on a Sunday morning are a vital part of our week, so let's hope the new old law doesn't get enforced anytime soon.
